HOW TO PLACE A RETURN
If you wish to return any items purchased via our website, please send us an email at info@mymews.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like returned so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
MYMEWS sells second hand garments which can inevitably show signs of general wear and tear. We carefully check all items for any defects and wear and document the condition of each garment, along with accompanying photographs, to the best of our ability. Should you receive an item with defects which are not listed on the site, you are welcome to use your 14-day right to return.
All items must be returned in the same condition as upon receipt, unworn, unwashed and with our MYMEWS tag still attached. Returns that are damaged or returned without our original tag intact will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Customers are responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with returning items to us and MYMEWS do not accept liability for lost packages. All refunds must be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note – original shipping charges will not be refunded.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Please note that we are a small business and returns can take up to 5 working days to process. It may then take a further 10 days for refunds to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
